Marking the passage of more than 80 years as an apartment in Ginza that is beloved to this day
The construction of Okuno Building began in 1932 which once consisted of high-end apartments that were some of the best in Ginza and were once known as "Ginza Apartments."
It features many well-preserved characteristics of apartment construction from the times.
It is an invaluable property as one of the last few remaining apartment buildings in Ginza, as such buildings were rare at the time when it was first built.
The building is beloved by many artists and is now used as ateliers and galleries.
