We are a select shop introducing Japanese traditional healthy slow food “Edo food” to the people of our time. We assort the finest items to enjoy our staple food rice. Popular products are “Irizake” and “Ninuki-jiru” that are reproduction of seasonings mentioned in “Ryouri-Monogatari”, the oldest Japanese cook book. They receive favorable comments such as enhancing the flavor of ingredients.
