Enjoy the special taste only a tamagoyaki specialty store can offer.
Tsukijiya was founded in 1924 as a sushi restaurant named Shorozushi. Later in 1946, we transformed into Tsukiji Shoro, a specialty store of tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) cooked using special dashi (soup stock). The not-too-sweet taste to give you a pleasant after taste and the carefully selected raw eggs as the main ingredients are the tradition of Shoro that has been inherited from generation to generation. We heartily look forward to seeing you in our store.
