NINGYOCHO SOUKAYA
-
Hand-made Senbei, keeping tradition and the Japanese heart.
-
The shop was founded in 1928. The hand-made Senbei (rice cracker) shop was once featured in the novel/TV drama, "Shinzanmono". Artisans bake each Senbei maintaining the traditional methods and using Bincho-sumi (coal); "Teyaki" 550 yen for 5 pieces, and "Okoge" 550 yen for 5 pieces are popular. Please try the taste that many entertainers such as Rakugo storytellers and Kabuki actors have loved.
