Shop popular especially for Inarizushi and Oshizushi, certain types of Sushi prepared with much time
-
NINGYOUCHOU SHINODAZUSHI SOUHONTEN was founded in 1877. Since launching Inarizushi (Sushi with Sushi rice wrapped in thin deep-fried tofu) , which has been popular among common people since the Edo period, as we exercised ingenuity and named it "Shinoda" after an old poem in a scene of the Kabuki play "Kuzunoha Kowakare", we have been receiving favor and patronage for about 140 years. We have a variety of Sushi with original efforts including the famous "Shinoda" and "Kanpyomaki" (gourd strip roll).
