◆Highly confident in our meat quality Not limiting to branded beef, we use carefully-selected Kuroge Wagyu cattle from various regions nationwide. We serve dishes prepared, under strict quality control, from only raw beef (We do not use frozen beef.) We prepare mainly A4-ranked beef because of its lesser fat, thickly cut to ensure a chewy texture. We serve cuisine with the pride of experienced meat professionals.
